While Amber Cove unfortunately does not have a free beach for guests to visit, Carnival does have a pool / bar area and there are plenty of sightseeing options if you’re not interested in shore excursions. Plus, you could easily gawk at the beautiful water and mountains from the ship and be completely content 🙂

Ocean World Day Pass: Home to one of the world’s largest man-made dolphin lagoons, Ocean World Adventure Park is a top attraction in Amber Cove. Enjoy thrilling animal shows, explore the bird aviary, snorkel in the Tropical Reef Aquarium, or relax at the Pirate’s Pool and Dolphin Beach Lagoon. Guests can also savor Dominican chocolate and coffee tastings and watch woodcarving and cigar rolling demonstrations. Even in a rainstorm, me and my family had a wonderful time!
